I decided to just color-code this map. Pink circles represent caches, orange circles represent patches of potion-making herbs and red circles represent spell-teaching Stone Circles. There are, as near as I can tell, 69 caches in total. When you open the last cache you receive the Naturewalker's Torc as well as the contents of the cache itself.
